Made to Last The beauty of your 135's dual-filter design is redundancy - the outer filter catches the big stuff like chaff and leaves, while the inner safety filter grabs the fine particles that can score cylinder walls and cause premature wear. If it is not cleaned in timely, dust particles enter the engine and mix with oil and grease to work like sandpaper to wear out the engine components. This kit gives you both filters, ensuring complete protection and better fuel economy. Good to Know Installation takes about 15 minutes with basic hand tools. Remove the air cleaner cover, pull out both old elements, and install the new ones - the 10232 goes on the outside, 10233 on the inside. Always check the rubber seals on your air cleaner housing while you're in there. Write the date on your new filters with a marker - most farmers change them every 200-300 hours during normal use, but dusty work like combining may require changes every 100 hours.
